Hummus


Hummus er simpelthen en god opfindelse! Når jeg laver det spiser jeg det som en dressing, til godt brød eller dypper grøntsagsstave deri. 

Hummus
6-8 pers

Ingredienser
400 g tørrede kikærter(eller 2 dåser kikærter)
3 spsk tahin
3 fed hvidløg
4-5 spsk citronsaft
1,5 dl kogevand (hvis kikærterne er fra dåse, så bare vand)
1 håndfuld bredbladet persille
Salt, peber
Paprika
Olivenolie

Lad kikærterne stå i blød i minimum 10 timer inden de koges. Koges så til de er helt møre og blendes med tahin, hvidløg, citronsaft, kogevand og persille. Smag til med salt, peber, paprika og olivenolie.
